PREORDER RELEASE DATES

We understand how important it is for you to receive your preordered items as soon as possible. That's why we would like to provide you with some additional information on our preorder release dates.

Please keep in mind that the dates we provide are estimated release dates given to us by the manufacturers in Japan. However, delays in shipping and customs clearance can often cause us to receive the items up to one month after their initial release.

Please note that delays in the estimated release dates are quite frequent and normal. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for these delays, as they are beyond our control.

We do our best to stay updated on any changes in release dates, but unfortunately, suppliers do not always provide us with timely information on these delays. As a result, we may not always be able to inform our customers if an item's arrival date is delayed. However, if the item is confirmed to be cancelled by the manufacturer, we will provide a cancellation of the order.

For preorders, we will place your orders with the manufacturer as soon as possible after you place your order with us. Please keep in mind that quantity cuts are quite frequent, and refunds will only be given if we are unable to fulfill your order due to these cuts.
